Grown above 600m in Brazil’s highlands, it is prized for its complexity — mild, gently acidic, naturally sweet, with a smoother, fruitier profile and lower caffeine than robusta. Conilon is Brazil’s canephora (robusta), originally from Central Africa and thriving in hot, medium-to-low-altitude climates. A vital commodity for blenders and importers worldwide, it delivers body, crema and consistency at volume — supplied in container-scale lots with the same compliance package and quality assurance as our Arabica.
